Fu Tong Chemical Co.,Ltd locating in Gao Yong Pharmaceutical Chemicals Industry Park was found in October, 2004, a phosphorus chemical industry company specialized in design, production and sales of phosphorus trichloride, phosphorus oxychloride, phosphorous acid and Phosphorus-containing flame retardant products TCPP、TEP.

Fu Tong Chemical has already passed ISO9001，ISO14001 quality system and  the European Union certification, gained the honor and awards including “advanced unit  in national Standardization work in the chlor-alkali industry” Superior enterprises of “Shen Hua Cup” held by Administration of work safety, quality management award of Taizhou and ever participated in the formulating of Phosphorus trichloride and phosphorus oxychloride as the industry standard. As a council member of Phosphorus trichloride and phosphorus oxychloride as the industry standard, it enjoys high reputation in the Phosphorus chemical industry for its high rank in the technological level and its products popular through the country and exported to the Europe, America etc.

In order to achieve the company long-term development goals, Fu Tong Chemical cooperated with Hubei Xing Fa Chemicals Group Co., Ltd, a flagship of Phosphorus chemical industry (stock code  600141). Xing Fa Chemicals Group has become the largest shareholder in Fu Tong Chemical by its 45 percent holdings.The Participation of Xing Fa Chemicals open the wider space to the development of Fu Tong Chemical.

In the future, Xing Fa Chemicals are meant to invest in the higher additional value, high technology and low-carbon green projects to forge the Fu Tong Chemical into the production base and export base of Phosphorus chemical series products as well as phosphorus flame retardants
